Ovaideu is an advertising automation, campaign launch, analytics, tracking, and client-workspace SaaS product operated as a child brand of OIESU OPC Private Limited.

We may collect account details, login identifiers, workspace names, team roles, connected-provider metadata, campaign drafts, ad copy, keywords, negative keywords, audiences, landing page drafts, lead forms, CRM records, booking requests, uploaded assets, billing status, payment references, support messages, device data, IP address, user agent, referrer, UTM parameters, cookies, and product usage logs.

When a user connects Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, Meta, Microsoft, CRM, email, analytics, or automation tools, Ovaideu processes only the data needed to provide the selected workflow, reporting, approval, or support feature.

We use data to authenticate users, operate workspaces, connect ad and analytics accounts, prepare AI-assisted campaign drafts, route leads, generate reports, manage approvals, enforce plan limits, process billing, prevent abuse, improve security, troubleshoot bugs, and provide customer support.

We do not sell connected advertising, analytics, CRM, or Google user data. We do not use provider data for unrelated advertising outside the user's selected Ovaideu workflow.

Google user data is used only for the features requested by the connected user or workspace, such as campaign setup, campaign reporting, conversion review, Search Console analysis, Tag Manager checks, Google Business Profile workflows, and related troubleshooting.

OAuth tokens are intended to be encrypted at rest, access is scoped to the connecting user/workspace, and users can disconnect integrations in Ovaideu or revoke access in their Google Account settings.

Ovaideu may use AI models and automation to draft ad copy, campaign structures, landing page angles, reports, support responses, QA notes, and optimization suggestions. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, outdated, or unsuitable for a specific industry, location, budget, policy, or legal requirement.

Users remain responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing, spending money, contacting leads, changing tracking, or relying on recommendations.

Ovaideu may use essential cookies for login, session security, preferences, billing flow integrity, and abuse prevention. Analytics, attribution, heatmap, session replay, remarketing, and tag-manager tools may be enabled only where appropriate consent and disclosure requirements are satisfied.

We retain data only as long as needed for product operation, billing, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute defense, audit logs, security, and legitimate business records. Users may request access, correction, export, provider disconnection, token deletion, or account deletion where applicable law provides those rights.

Some records, such as invoices, tax records, fraud-prevention logs, security events, and audit history, may be retained where required or legally justified.

Production systems should use HTTPS, role-based access, tenant scoping, audit logs, encrypted secrets, webhook verification, rate limits, secure credential handling, and least-privilege provider scopes. No public page should expose private admin actions or unauthenticated edit links.
