01Brand assets
The Ovaideu and OIESU names, logos, trade dress, website style, documents, frameworks, workflows, and brand assets may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, certification, employment, or agency relationship without written permission.
02Proof and client references
Public proof, client examples, screenshots, and case-study references should use NDA protected wording unless the owner has written approval to name a client, company, campaign, account, or exact performance record.
03Misuse
Unauthorized brand use, false affiliation, copied pages, cloned designs, misleading claims, or impersonation may result in takedown requests, platform reports, account suspension, legal action, and recovery of costs where permitted by law.
